Desktop Support – 2nd line – Leeds- £28K
The role will involve dealing with all aspects of 2nd line support, supporting 900 users over multiple sites, dealing with things over the phone, remotely and face to face
Looking at new print management systems
Remote 2008 RDS technology
- Active directory,
- Office 365
Good communication skills. Good customer service, ability to deal with anything and everything and prioritise, can do attitude.
