Anna Broadhurst and Ben Brunton from Infinity Works, present a talk: “Applying iterative architecture in the enterprise…”
“Conventional wisdom holds that the enterprise should plan for the future, to “futureproof” the business. But unless you can predict the future, futureproofing may be either impossible or a reckless gamble”.
“Through applying principles of iterative architecture, the enterprise can learn to operate in the moment, confident and comfortable in a world of continuous change”.
