Peter is an experienced Cloud and Digital Transformation Technology Leader with a proven track record of delivery in complex, fast paced and challenging environments. He is certified and experienced in both Agile and Waterfall delivery of large scale cross-functional programmes and departments.
Peter is currently Head of Technology – People System & Colleague Experience and has been in the role for over 4 years. Prior to that Peter had an unconventional rise to his role in senior delivery in that he started off his career as a recruitment professional!! This background gave him the skills to grow his career into project management and the programme management and to where he is today
