A charity with a royal charter and an agenda to support the people who work in IT and to lead the industry through its ethical challenges.
The British Computer Society exists to promote and advance the education and practice of computing for the benefit of the public.


BCS IT Leaders Forum is a member group within BCS for those who make distinguished and influential contributions to computing leadership in and across communities. Forum membership is open to all BCS Fellows and anyone responsible for or influential upon the leadership of IT who has attained at least fellowship in their professional institutes (FBCS or equivalent, e.g. SFIA+ Level 7), or is nominated by three current Committee
members of good standing.

Peter Griffiths

Head of Tech – Programme Delivery

Peter is an experienced Cloud and Digital Transformation Technology Leader with a proven track record of delivery in complex, fast paced and challenging environments. He is certified and experienced in both Agile and Waterfall delivery of large scale cross-functional programmes and departments.

Peter is currently Head of Technology – People System & Colleague Experience and has been in the role for over 4 years. Prior to that Peter had an unconventional rise to his role in senior delivery in that he started off his career as a recruitment professional!! This background gave him the skills to grow his career into project management and the programme management and to where he is today


Rebecca Fox

CIO, Digital and Technology Director, CTO

Rebecca is a Digital and Technology leader and occasional blogger with a passion for making things better for businesses, people, and customers.

She says of herself “I consider myself a strong and motivational change and digital / technology leader with a proven track record of successful programme delivery, operational excellence and leadership – and fearless of engaging the business.”

Rebecca is passionate about aligning digital and technology strategy with the business demands, using agile/SCRUM, AMP, PRINCE2, ITIL methods, and best-ofbreed technology to ensure business performance and value for money.
