Christina Lovelock
Business Analysis and Solution Architecture Manager at University of Leeds
Christina leads the BA service at UoL and is co-author of the 2019 book Delivering Business Analysis: The BA Service Handbook, which shares insights and findings from research into Business Analysis, practical guidance for BA leaders and case studies from across the professional community.
She is active in the BA professional community and has worked in various public sector organisations at a local and national level. At NHS Digital she led a practice of over 100 BAs supporting national IT projects. She holds the BCS Diploma in Business Analysis, is a BCS Oral Examiner for the International Diploma in Business Analysis and is a director of the national BA Manager Forum and is chair of the National BA Apprenticeship standard review.
Ian Holloway
Head of Analysis and Design at TalkTalk
TalkTalk Telecom Group plc is a company which provides pay television, telecommunications, Internet access, and mobile network services to businesses and consumers in the United Kingdom.
Ian leads a combined Business Analysis, Solution Architecture and Design function (over 90 people) across all TalkTalk lines of business. Utilising his 24 years’ experience, Ian is looking to bring the teams together and look at how to improve employee engagement, ways of working, and architecture.
Originally trained as an accountant, Ian moved into IT where he has worked on new products ranging from mobility solutions for early WAP phones (remember those?!) to the launch of the iPhone in the UK. He has set up and managed architecture and design teams across several large multi-national brands.
